Providing an HR operational business partnering service to key stakeholders, ensuring they understand regulatory & employment law obligations. Own and implement processes, policies, and working practices that will be effective and relevant to a contractor workforce. Lead on people projects across the organisation with specific focus on IR35 and contractor reviews. Coach, advise, and guide managers to handle complex ER issues. Liaise and work closely with all relevant business areas on performance issues, onboarding, and workforce planning within a contractor environment. Effectively use data and metrics to analyse and understand the effectiveness and performance of your client group.
