As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of beauty by driving people strategy, fostering growth, and cultivating a thriving work environment within one of our dynamic divisions. You will be a strategic advisor to business leaders, partnering with them to acquire, develop, and retain top talent. A DAY IN THE LIFE Your responsibilities as an HR Business Partner at L'Oréal will encompass a range of critical activities, including: Talent Acquisition & Development : Partnering with hiring managers to attract and onboard diverse talent, identifying high-potential individuals, and creating tailored development plans to nurture their growth within L'Oréal. Strategic Workforce Planning : Analyzing current and projected talent needs, identifying critical capability gaps, and contributing to the strategic workforce plan for your division. You'll anticipate future resourcing requirements and ensure L'Oréal has the right people in the right roles at the right time. Change Management & Organizational Design : Leading and contributing to change management and organizational design initiatives, supporting the evolving beauty market, and providing strategic guidance to management. Employee Relations : Proactively managing employee relations cases, offering expert advice and guidance to managers in line with best practices, legislation, and L'Oréal's values. You'll ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. Data Analytics & Insights : Leveraging data analytics to inform HR and business strategies, extracting actionable insights from HR data, and using data to drive key HR initiatives and decision-making. Budget Management : Partnering with HR leadership and Finance to manage headcount and salary costs effectively within budget, identifying opportunities for optimization and resource allocation.
