As an HR Business Partner at Louis Vuitton, you will provide strategic and operational support to our retail and office employees across UK, Ireland and South Africa. Working together with an incredibly passionate and collaborative team, you will play a lead role in developing and delivering a range of HR programs aligned with our Business and People Roadmap. You will be a 'go-to' for your key business stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations for effective coaching, retention, succession planning, and all other people-related activities. You’ll shine here if you enjoy… Building relationships with Team Managers and Store Managers to understand their unique business context and provide relevant and effective people advice to support our teams and the business priorities. Having a direct impact on business performance through effective and collaborative People Partnering. Supporting the growth and development of our talent across the business through coaching, effective development action planning and training. Promoting our global EVP to internal and external talent by ensuring it is embedded in all UK, Ireland and South Africa processes. Working in partnership with our learning team to ensure a continuous learning and development culture for our key talents. Facilitating talent management initiatives, ensuring we have a strong pipeline of both internal and external talent to support our strategic priorities. Working as part of a genuinely passionate and driven team, who strive to create the best experiences possible for our people. While experience working in retail is not essential, a curiosity and passion for the intensity, in-store experience and day to day business is a key to success in this role. Additional information
