Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employment Law Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide legally compliant and commercially led advice on all aspects of HR and Employment Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries, providing guidance throughout all stages of the business and employee employment life cycle, and ensuring maximum retention levels. With a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum and a central Manchester location, this role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Provide legally compliant and commercially led advice on all aspects of HR and Employment Law.
Respond to client queries via telephone and email.
Ensure personal knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is continually updated.
Provide guidance throughout all stages of the business and employee employment life cycle.
Attend and complete training as specified by the Team Manager / Team Leader.
Create a knowledge sharing culture supporting development of others.
What you bring:

Strong communicator both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.
