With a UK presence across 5 sites, a little-known manufacturing business - yet one that has a significant and positive impact on everyone in their daily lives - requires a HR Business Partner to provide a generalist service to the business, supporting c100 employees.
Based from Chesterfield with the expectation of travel to other sites 1 - 2 days per week, the role will report to the Head of HR and deal with all aspects of the HR lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, and everything in between.
My client is seeking a highly accomplished HR practitioner seeking an opportunity to provide some value-add HR initiatives as well as managing a varied workload, ensuring that a best-in-class service is delivered to a varied internal customer base.
To be considered you will be:
An experienced HR Generalist Able to drive and happy to travel as part of the role Experienced within a blue collar environment, manufacturing/engineering ideally Experienced in TUPE as there are plans for growth and acquisition.
