The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as the primary HR partner to the global engineering organization, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth. The HRBP will provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders, managers, and associates, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across multiple regions. The HR Business Partner will have a direct impact on our Hardware group, responsible for: Facilitating robust talent development practices through our Intellectual Capital program. Providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Acting as the primary point of contact to the engineering organization through all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Providing support and guidance to the commercial organization through our people processes and annual cycles. Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across regions. Leading and supporting key HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management. Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop solutions to address workforce challenges. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all regions. Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Acting as a change agent, supporting the organization through periods of transformation and growth. You will bring business acumen and commercial HR experience with well-demonstrated success operating in global environments. Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering in a global commercial organization. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in multiple regions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools. Personal Attributes
