We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving key people strategies that align with our business goals and help shape our culture. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting business transformation, managing organizational change, and building high-performance teams. If you're passionate about making a real impact and fostering an inclusive work environment, this is the role for you. About You and Your Experience

Demonstrable experience in an HRBP role, with a strong background in strategic workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive business success. Expertise in change management, including leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business. Experience in handling complex employee relations matters, providing expert advice on performance management, compensation, and employee well-being. Skills and Background

Ideally CIPD qualified. Experience of leading and advising on the design and delivery of change, organisation development or people related projects. Broader HR generalist comfortable with handling a range of HR disciplines. Proven experience delivering key change processes across an organisation. Experienced in contributing to medium-term strategic planning and delivering outcomes aligned to business strategy through learning and development strategies and plans. Analytical skills, including using data to measure outcomes and inform decision making. Experience of working in the technology industry. What we offer
