Partnering with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues Leading the talent management and succession planning process, ensuring a pipeline of skilled and engaged employees Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention Supporting training and development to ensure employees have the necessary skills Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations Reporting on HR MI using a global HR system Fostering a culture focused on equality, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability The successful candidate for this role will be experienced at the Business Partner level, having worked within a manufacturing setting with a proven track record in supporting key stakeholders within the manufacturing and also the commercial sales function.
