HR Business Partner- Regional

Job Description The HR Business Partner will be responsible for: Designing, implementing and managing HR strategies across the sites within your region Supporting team members in achieving their objectives Working closely with management to improve engagement and retention Identifying training needs for teams and individuals Handling workplace conflicts and employee relations issues Participating in performance evaluation processes The Successful Applicant A successful HR Business Partner should have: Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role Knowledge of HR functions and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in HR software and databases Comfort working in a fast-paced environment A driving license and access to own vehicle What's on Offer A salary of £58,000 - £63,000 per year, dependent on experience Car Allowance & bonus Competitive pension 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Hybrid Working schedule (3 days in office, 2 from home)
