This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive and outgoing HR professional who is keen to join a growing and progressive business. We are looking for someone who has experience in a fast-paced environment, strategic projects, and multiple portfolio management within a business. This role will suit someone from a generalist background who is a strong people person.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of their own business areas across the organisation responsible for the full 360 HR duties. Be involved in various strategic and operational projects including competency frameworks and talent strategy. Supporting senior management with everything from general queries to complex ER case work.
We are looking for someone who is confident and focused in a growing and ever-changing environment. This is a brilliant and social team keen to expand and continue to be successful!
A hybrid working pattern will be offered here, and we are looking at a salary of £50-£60K depending on experience.
