We are seeking an HR professional to support the People Services Team for this three-school Trust while they recruit for a permanent person.
Working closely with the central team, you will support on ER cases such as grievance, absence management, and capability reviews.
Undertake audits of the Single Central Record and review existing policies and procedures in line with compliance with new legislation and changes.
You will be a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified with a good background of generalist HR experience.
Hours of work: 8.00am - 4.00pm with a hybrid working model once you have established yourself fully in the role.
You will be required to travel between school sites, and a car driver is essential.
