HR Business Partner Location:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy, supporting the operational team, and modernizing HR processes. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: Partner with line management to build capabilities and manage talent. Lead workforce planning and support recruitment efforts. Report on KPIs and interpret people analytics to propose solutions. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. Deliver people management training to line managers. Support the promotion of Morgan at career events and through apprenticeships. Modernize HR processes and support HR projects. Qualifications

What You’ll Bring: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or ambition to study at Level 7). At least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions. Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations. Positive attitude and ability to inspire change. Experience in workforce planning and project management. Competencies: Business Acumen:
