HR Business Partners
to join Eastlight on a permanent basis. The role is a genuine HR business partnering position, working closely with business areas to deliver practical and effective solutions. You will have strong HR expertise with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, build effective relationships, and drive people-focused solutions. Your skills in managing complex employee relations, supporting organisational change, and delivering strategic HR initiatives will be essential. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package: £56,520 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Basis: Full time Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility BUPA healthcare cash plan, life assurance.
