Key Responsibilities: Be the driving force behind people strategies, setting the gold standard for ethical and professional excellence Being the People Strategy to life! Align workforce planning with business goals Design and embed smart, people centric policies Be the catalyst for change, steering positive initiatives and championing talent management Be able to handle complex ER cases promptly and with a great level and understanding and professionalism Take the reins on complex employee relations matters, guiding your team with expert mentorship while fostering a positive, proactive work environment Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and members of staff on all levels across multiple sites Be confident and knowledgeable with in all areas of employment law Required skills & Desired experience: Proven experience in strategic HR leadership Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management and employee relations The ability to manage change effectively and influence senior stakeholders A commitment to upholding ethical standards and driving positive cultural change MCIPD or other relevant qualifications Strong knowledge of employment law and experience handling complex ER casework Apply Today:
