Responsibilities In this role, you will monitor, review, and update various ethical platforms, oversee the people supply chain, and conduct both internal and external audits. Reporting to the Group Ethical Compliance Manager, you will support the analysis of internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Your ability to review data and provide key analysis will be crucial. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake bespoke project work and travel across Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
Qualifications What we're looking for Experience of working within a similar role in food manufacturing with a passion for continuous Human Rights improvement. A background and knowledge of HR and HR systems and protocols. Strong communication and team building skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of people. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results against strict deadlines. Ability to interpret data and transfer it accurately and clearly. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and IT literacy. Competence in Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
