HR Consultant – Working within a law firm

£40,000 per annum + benefits, including a commission plan
My client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team, based in a lovely rural location in Kent. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience advising clients on non-contentious & contentious employment law & HR matters. This role is different from your typical in-house HR role as it is faster paced, so they really need a candidate with a background in consultancy. You must also be CIPD qualified. The role is located in an office based near Tenterden, and you will be sharing the office with other HR professionals who are providing services across a diverse range of sectors and clients. You will be employed directly by the law firm, but not be on site with them. Additional Information
