Due to continued growth, HR Solutions are seeking an HR Consultant to join the Client Services team in delivering first class HR support to a range of clients on a wide range of employment issues and HR projects.

We also use technology to help us deliver an efficient and consistent service using one of the leading CRMs and Knowledge Base.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Experience at a senior level dealing with managing change programmes and developing people strategies.
Demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application through best practice across a broad range of initiatives.
A high aptitude for technology.
You will be the main contact for a portfolio of clients and will deliver a fully outsourced HR service from agreeing and finalising handbooks and contracts of employment to helping them develop a people strategy.

c. £37,500 basic plus commission (OTE £50K inc commission). Hours:
9.00 - 5.30 pm (40 hpw). Location:
