We provide high-quality, commercial HR advice and support to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate complex HR issues with ease. Role Overview

As an HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing high level HR advice and support. You will step in for the Head of HR Consulting as needed. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can juggle multiple responsibilities and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities HR Service Delivery:

Support the HR Advice Line, providing accurate and timely advice. Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations over phone and email. Assist clients on-site with redundancy programs, employee relations issues, and TUPE matters. Chair or support formal meetings for clients. Deliver HR training and update client policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Company governance. Ensure legal compliance and high standards in all advice provided. Serve as a point of contact for team questions. Business Relations and Development:

Conduct regular client review meetings and identify new business opportunities. Support new client onboarding. Candidate Credentials Qualifications:

CIPD qualified/Equivalent HR Expertise:

Proven experience handling complex HR issues with a strong understanding of UK Employment Law. Business Experience:

Experience across multiple business sectors. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. HR Systems:

Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS). Competencies Customer Focused: Understand and meet the commercial needs of clients, maintaining relationships. Communication: Present information accurately and clearly, both verbally and in writing. Attention to Detail: Ensure all work is thorough and accurate. Prioritising Tasks: Manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Professionalism: Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in solving problems. Why Join Us?
