Act as key point of contact for all change activity and liaise with Business Facing HR leads informing them of upcoming TUPE activity. Support the project management end-to-end TUPE and change activity to include all administration whilst keeping within legal timeframes and agreed standards. Support the management of all ongoing consultation process paperwork to conclusion. Produce and report metrics to inform decision making, demonstrate success, and identify areas for improvement. Support the project team to achieve TUPE completion. Build cross-functional relationships across the business to deliver on TUPE and change projects ensuring risk is mitigated and escalated where necessary. Complete all final checks to ensure any changes to structures, systems, and terms and conditions have been implemented in a timely manner, escalating where required. Provide a plan for aftercare approach and recommendations for ongoing employee support as required. Key Requirements:
Demonstrated TUPE and change experience. Ideally CIPD qualified to level 5, but not essential. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders across cross functions. Business facing HR experience at HR Business Partner level.
