We are looking for someone who has previous experience working either in an internal HR team or as part of a HR helpline service or consultancy, with at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification. As a naturally well-organised self-starter who has exceptional attention to detail, you will have a strong understanding and experience of dealing with a variety of employee relations matters. You will be a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach, remaining calm under pressure and being used to working to tight deadlines. With a proven track record of delivering results, you will have shown an ability to generate creative and workable solutions when required. Interpersonal skills are key for this role, so you will demonstrate the confidence to effectively build rapport with clients, whilst having the ability to produce clear, concise, and fluent written work using the appropriate style. Our offer
We offer a range of benefits to support you at work and at home. This includes a flexible working framework, extra annual leave for your birthday, and the option to buy more holiday. We have a comprehensive package to support physical and mental health, healthcare plans, an Employee Assistance programme, and free access to the Calm mindfulness app. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in our responsible business programme, including taking part in fundraising initiatives and bringing your energy to our environment or diversity groups. For an informal and confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact Alison Board, Talent Attraction Assistant, via email a.board@ashfords.co.uk, or 01392 333 663. Or apply now, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
