Are you an enthusiastic HR Coordinator with a passion for food who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR Team at our Leeming Bar site. The position is Full time, permanent, working 08:30 to 17:00 Mon to Thu & 08:30 to 16:00 Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Working within an established team, you will have an opportunity to build upon your existing skills and continuous personal development. Create and maintain personnel records and data inputting into HR database/system to provide HR metric reports for the site. Ensuring that Employee e-files and Personal data are compliant with company procedures and legislation. To take ownership of the monthly Employee Voice Meeting, monitoring the completion of actions and issuing of minutes. To take ownership of internal communications on site including issuing the ABP UK Weekly News and keeping notices up to date. Organising Employee of the Month and other site engagement initiatives. Weekly walk-around of entire site and worker interviews. Participate as a member of the HR Team, sharing good practice and knowledge across the site. Supporting the life cycle of a role's recruitment - from approval to offer and any other ad hoc administrative tasks related to the management of that role. Managing the roles in the recruitment systems, making amendments to roles e.g. confirming interviews, new starter set up support. Supporting with the onboarding of candidates. Support the Employee Relations activities as required providing support in answering day to day queries as advised. Assist in the instigation/tracking/participation of disciplinary & absence management. Any other reasonable task requested by the HRM. To take responsibility for own Continuous Professional Development. Skills and Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Team-oriented; commitment to working in a positive and collaborative environment. Hard-working, flexible and committed to continuous development. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise the highest level of discretion. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities. CIPD level 3 qualified desirable or working towards.
