The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the HR Business Partner in Europe, for European HR administrative activities. The role will assist in designing and delivering HR programs, initiatives, tools and processes that enable the company to attract, manage, engage, develop and retain global talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operational and transactional HR matters

Assist with preparing employee communication in matters of HR programs, policies and procedures

Assist with annual HR processes including but not limited to performance management, compensation review and employee development

Assist with European offices’ recruitment initiatives including candidate tracking, resume review and new hire onboarding

Assistance with cross functional HR work, for example, regulatory compliance matters

Responsible for preparing and collating documentation for work permit applications and global mobility

End to End management of the employee life cycle; including recruitment of new joiners and leavers

Learn and maintain general regulatory and legislative knowledge relating to HR policies and practices across the supported jurisdictions

Participate in special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Minimum of at least three years previous experience in a similar role

Working towards, or interest in working towards CIPD Qualifications

Strong computer skills with mastery in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

Excellent organizational skills

Attention to detail and a tolerance for working on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure and to meet strict deadlines

Must be experienced in effectively managing complexities in workload and multiple levels of leadership
