As our temporary Human Resources Coordinator, you will be exposed to the full employee lifecycle. You will work full-time from our European Flavors' headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK.
What you will do:
Use our HR system on a daily basis and run reports
Help manage and maintain effective onboarding and offboarding processes
Create various HR documentation based on templates
Conduct internal HR audits
Manage benefits administration, liaise with external vendors
Provide overall HR support to your fellow colleagues
What you will bring:
Excellent administration skills
Some knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Ability to confidently work in the database
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
