Step into a permanent HR Coordinator role in Aberdeen, supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, compliance, and employee queries. You’ll play an integral part in streamlining operations and ensuring an excellent employee experience. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Main duties and responsibilities: Coordinating key HR processes, including onboarding, probation, employee development, and offboarding. Acting as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Preparing and managing HR documentation such as employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and other records. Conducting exit interviews and assisting in analysing feedback to inform continuous improvement. Supporting the coordination of training, compliance initiatives, and employee travel arrangements. Contributing to HR reporting by collating data and producing regular updates for the team. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, helping to streamline processes and support business needs. Applicants to this role require: Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally involving generalist HR activities. HR degree/CIPD qualification preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice, with a proactive approach to staying informed. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confidential approach to sensitive matters. What’s in it for me?
