The Role: We are assisting our client in recruiting an HR Coordinator to deliver comprehensive HR support to the business. This role involves managing and overseeing all HR processes, providing advice and guidance on best practices, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Coordinator will also collaborate with the management team on HR-specific projects and work closely with an external HR provider to address strategic initiatives, complex people-related matters, and the implementation of legislative updates. Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator: Provide support to the management team on all employee relations cases, seeking support from external HR provider for any complex matters. Oversee the recruitment of any new team members. Maintain all employee records in line with GDPR. Work with the Finance team to provide monthly payroll information to the external payroll provider to ensure that all staff are paid correctly and on time. Support the employee survey process encouraging participation and working with the survey provider. Requirements of the HR Coordinator: Previous experience of working in a HR team. Good working knowledge of HR processes. Good understanding of employment law. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) to include Maths & English. CIPD qualification Level 5 (or equivalent) or working towards would be advantageous but not essential.
