HR Data Assistant
HR Data Assistant focuses on managing data within the main hr system (sage people), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
What the role involves
- Managing data within the main HR system (Sage People), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining system structure, data quality, and supporting system improvements and optimisation.
- Support the analysis of ad hoc HR reports and management information (MI) to key stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain dashboards (e.g. in Excel and Power BI) to visualise people data.
- Work closely with the Head of HR Operations to support continuous improvement in reporting processes, including automation, standardisation, and enhancement of existing reports.
- Supporting data requirements across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate capture and reporting of key data points.
