About Our Client HR Document Consultant for a HR Consultancy service. Salary: £23,000-£25,000 Fully office-based role (essential) Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm 2 stage interview process Job Description As an HR Document Consultant, you will: Manage relationships with a large volume of clients Manage the documentation inbox, responding and actioning queries within the agreed SLA Attend 4 meetings per day, with different clients and industries Be responsible for drafting client documentation Meet personal and department KPIs and SLAs Guide clients, provide advice, and answer queries related to all employment law/HR queries Be confident speaking to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face on a daily basis Refer appropriate products and services to clients The Successful Applicant To succeed in this role, you will need: A background in HR, Law, Sales, Contact Centre, or Recruitment (beneficial) Excellent customer service skills The ability to support and proactively meet KPIs The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities The ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels The ability to provide a friendly, efficient, and seamless service to clients Excellent written, documentation, and reporting skills Knowledge of HR processes and legislation The ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment Comfort with selling products and generating new business HR graduate, CIPD, or equivalent work experience (desirable) What's on Offer Position: HR Document Consultant Salary: £23,000-£25,000 Fully office-based role (essential) Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm 2 stage interview process Progression encouraged Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Extra day off for your birthday Access to the Employee Assistance Programme Private medical (with length of service) Discretionary profit share
