Job Role, Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides job by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance. Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care. Minimum Skills, Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes Required:

Ideally educated to degree level, CIPD qualification or equivalent. Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR assistant role or equivalent. Previous experience of SAP or other HR database preferable. Strong written and oral communication skills. Have a good understanding of the wider HR teams and function. Proficient English language skills. Competence of Microsoft applications, Excel / PowerPoint. Good commercial acumen and business awareness. Attention to detail; ability to anticipate risks and mitigate appropriately. Able to work in an environment where requirements change often and quickly. Location:

You will be required to perform duties at the offices of Magic Square (UK) Technologies Limited (MGS) in Midlands, UK. You may also be required to perform duties in addition to any of your existing duties as the Employer may require from time to time. Schedule:
