HR & General Affairs Assistant (Japanese Speaking). Job Summary:

The HR & General Affairs Assistant will support the HR department and general office operations. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Job Responsibilities: HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. General Affairs: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update client databases and records. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation. Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Job Requirements: Fluent in English and Japanese both orally and in writing. Articulate with strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Able to work on own initiative. Able to work calmly, tenaciously and methodically under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) to intermediate level. Benefits/Other Information: Holiday cannot be taken during busy season (usually March - April). You must have a right to work without any restrictions. Salary: GBP24,000-28,000. Working Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday, Onsite.
