Support with day to day HR queries Assisting in employee absence including sickness, occupation health referrals Assisting HR Coordinator with offer letter process, changes to terms and conditions and employment confirmations Managing employee data on internal HR system Assisting with the management of undergraduate placements and associated activities including annual “student and apprentice week” conference Coordinating and event management for quarterly “Welcome Days” Liaising with external suppliers for benefit administration Assisting in Employee Engagement exercises and surveying (investors in People etc) Providing general HR support to Tony Gee as a whole Liaison across People Group with Learning and Recruitment teams. Assistance in administration of cross business performance review process. The role will require someone who is willing to turn their hand to whatever is required from the business at the time. Minimum Requirements
