People Partner Walthamstow Contract £42.50 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced People Partner with excellent business partnering and significant change experience. This is a time-bound role, requiring someone who can hit the ground running. The People Partner will be the key advisor to Senior Managers and will provide strategic and operational advice and direction to the senior management teams within their designated areas. Responsibilities include: Managing the work of other advisers, overseeing the allocation of case work, and supervising advisors. Ensuring that the Council's people strategy targets are achieved at an operational level. Leading and managing staff in resolving complex employee relations issues that create significant risk to the Council. Advising and leading at JCC's and ensuring compliance with consultation obligations with staff, trade unions, and other stakeholders.
