Our client is an engineering company based in Oxford, Oxfordshire looking for an HR lead for the UK.
Job Description
As HR Lead for this UK Engineering Business, you will partner with the senior stakeholders of the business to ensure the best people practices and culture are in place to drive future success.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have worked as an HR lead previously and be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience in business partnering senior stakeholders on a people strategy centered around culture, engagement, and talent. The candidate will have a breadth of HR experience.
As well as being based close to Oxford, the ideal candidate will be able to start at short notice. Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or high-tech environment would be very useful. Experience of working internationally at some point in their career will also be highly desirable.
