Your HR role will be broad and comprehensive, being the sole point of contact for the site. You will be entirely responsible for developing, owning, leading, and delivering all operational HR activities.
As HR Lead, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing all HR operations, including contracts, onboarding, policies, salary reviews, and benefits. Ensuring all HR policies, procedures, and handbooks are up to date, legally compliant, and aligned with company values. Handling complex employee relations cases such as disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies. Providing guidance and support to leaders and employees on all HR matters. Identifying HR risks and proposing effective solutions. Managing work visa processes and compliance. Implementing HR initiatives like performance management and improvement plans. Maintaining and overseeing HR systems. Managing recruitment and succession planning as needed.
You will have:
Extensive hands-on HR experience, ideally at a managerial or leadership level. Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application. Comfort working independently in a stand-alone HR role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative and team-oriented. Self-motivated, detail-focused, and proactive. Committed to handling confidential information with integrity.
What's on offer:
£35,000 to £55,000 per annum, pro-rata. 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pro-rata. Company pension. Health and life insurance. State of the art facility with parking.
