You will work within the Nairn based Local Shared Services team (LSS) providing admin support for a wide range of HR and Benefits related activities. In addition, you will provide support to employees and business managers in resolving their HR queries. You will play a key part in supporting your HR colleagues and the UK business in line with the Global HR Target Operating Model. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow your knowledge in several HR and Benefit related processes, offering professional development and career progression. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service). Your role

You will work closely with various internal HR teams, key internal and external stakeholders as appropriate. You will provide advice and support on escalated queries and be responsible for regularly updating the UK Knowledgebase in Workzone to ensure all UK KBAs are maintained to support the growth and development of the UK Knowledge Base over time. You will be part of the Benefits Resolver Group providing support on answering benefits queries, starting and stopping and amending benefit elections for employees. You will work closely with the UK Benefits team to support and deliver key initiatives such as ESOP, Benefits projects and bimonthly MyBenefits webinars. Responsible for resolving tickets that come into LSS Resolver Group from Global Shared Services team (GSS). Facilitate and provide any follow up training with GSS as needed. You will provide support on ad-hoc HR projects such as supporting TUPE transfers, Office closures and Restructuring as needed to support HR and the business.

An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team. Also a self-starter able to work independently. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload. Proactive and flexible approach to all aspects of the role. Work at pace and to tight timelines accurately. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. High level of accuracy and attention to detail including requirement to handle sensitive and confidential data. Able to build trusting relationships/stakeholder management through regular engagement. Good attention to detail, enjoys working with data. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Interest in HR relevant employment laws and regulations and a good understanding of GDPR. Would like to develop as a SME in Benefits with a wider interest in HR overall.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
