The HR Manager will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR for this very well established and highly successful division of a prestigious brand. You will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders at this flagship manufacturing plant and take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, generalist and commercial HR service. This will include but is not limited to: Implement and continually review HR policies, initiatives and projects to support group objectives. Working with leadership to deliver on talent attraction, development and succession planning. Lead on early careers activities. Promote a culture of consistency, equality, and fairness in the handling of employee relations matters, challenging stakeholders where appropriate. Coaching and support of line managers regarding people matters. Main point of contact for union representatives on-site. Provide relevant HR data, KPIs, and reports. Coordinate annual performance reviews. Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar generalist HR Manager role, ideally within a similar sector. Job Offer
