Are you available for a 3 month HR Manager support contract? We are working with a Charity in Newcastle who are seeking an experienced HR professional to support with a HR project to improve their HR systems and processes. This comes following a period of growth. Reporting into the CEO, you will be an HR professional who can lead on reviewing and improving their HR systems and ensure they are getting the best results for employees, providing a more streamlined process. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to conduct an audit and implement improvements where needed, as well as implementing an engaging policy to attract and retain employees and volunteers. In addition to HR systems, you will be key to reviewing employee contracts and organisational policies. What you will need: CIPD qualified with a minimum of four years’ experience in an HR role with strong HR systems experience. Excellent communication skills and discretion when handling information with confidentiality. Salary and Benefits: Up to £32,000 equivalent full-time salary. Flexible office-based. Onsite parking.
