We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to work for a highly successul company Client Details An established company Description Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality workforce. Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives. Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a harmonious workplace. Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR functions. Oversee the HR budget and reporting on key metrics. Develop and maintain an engaging company culture. Liaise with other departments to drive HR projects. Profile A successful HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the Retail industry. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. A strong commitment to employee development and wellbeing.
