The person will need to have the following attributes: HR experience – knowledge of HR procedures and essential requirements Excellent communication skills with staff, management, and suppliers A high level of attention to detail and ability to analyze information to improve outcomes This is a position that requires an eye for detail, accuracy, and being well organized. We seek a reliable, honest person with an ability to learn quickly and who can work closely with the store Office Manager and other senior managers. This role includes: Managing the recruitment process and ensuring staff are recruited in a timely manner Performance Management; ensuring staff reviews are completed on time, overview of Performance Improvement Plans, assisting in the management of disciplinary matters Managing the induction of new team members Administration of staff records, employment paperwork, and correspondence Working closely with department managers regarding employment matters This role is a full-time position. Actual hours and remuneration will be discussed at the interview. Due to the importance of the role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities: Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly motivated and able to motivate the team High level of computer literacy High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks In accordance with the Immigration Act 2009, you will be asked to provide evidence of your entitlement to work in New Zealand during the selection process.
