The Role As the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and develops the best talent. Your responsibilities will span: People Management & Recruitment —Manage recruitment end-to-end, refine onboarding processes, and support team leaders in building high-performing teams. Talent Development

– Design and deliver tailored training programs, nurture leadership potential, and implement robust succession planning strategies. EDI Strategy & Compliance

– Ensure the organisation sets the standard for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, creating a workplace where everyone thrives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding. Lead HR policy development and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and provide targeted training solutions. Drive initiatives like leadership development programs and succession planning. Foster a culture of inclusivity and well-being, monitoring employee satisfaction and offering support where needed. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring operational excellence. What We’re Looking For: A motivated, process-driven professional with exceptional organisational skills. Proven experience in HR leadership, recruitment, and employee development. A creative and innovative approach to training, leadership, and engagement programs. Strong knowledge of HR software and excellent communication skills. Passion for making a difference and building a thriving workplace culture.
