This is a stand-alone role based out of their Head Office in Huddersfield. As HR Manger you will oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with UK employment laws. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional capable of handling employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR policy development. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture, providing support to employees and managers, and ensuring efficient HR operations. Key responsibilities covering the following areas Employee Relations & Engagement Performance Management Recruitment and Onboarding Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Administration Policy Development and Compliance Learning and Development Health, Safety and Well-being HR Administration, Reporting and Analytics Key Skills & Qualifications: Education & Experience: CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent preferred. Previous experience of a HR Manager role essential Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, HR strategy and performance management. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, and strategic HR planning. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle complex issues with empathy and professionalism. Proactive, adaptable, and organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. A hands-on approach with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence positive change.
