Due to the nature of this sector, this role is fully office-based.
Job Description
The HR Manager will work closely with the MD and leadership team to take responsibility for the full people life-cycle alongside supporting the development and embedding of the HR strategy. This will include but is not limited to:
Full management of the HR function and a small team
Coach and up-skill line managers to deal with people matters
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company’s objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process (Experienced hires and early careers)
Continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
Take overall responsibility for the T&A and payroll systems
Take responsibility and continuously review the reward and benefits package
Maintain all HR records, data, and reports
Provide high-quality advice and guidance on all HR matters to a range of stakeholders
Work with department heads to assess training needs
Oversee the performance appraisal system
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR position. You will be comfortable with a mix of both strategic and operational HR duties.
