About our client Our client, a growth impact-focused investment firm, is looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team. The fund focuses on impact-driven organizations across both developed and emerging markets and is currently going through a growth phase, both in terms of assets and personnel, including opening new offices. Due to this growth, there is a need for additional human capital support within the business, and therefore they are looking to add an HR Manager to the team. What the job involves As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of human capital activities across the firm’s global locations. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the COO on strategic initiatives while leading all HR operational tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist who is currently in a supporting role to step up and take the lead on various responsibilities. Due to the firm’s global growth, the role will initially be based in London, but there will be an opportunity in the mid-term for the individual to move to Dubai to enhance the firm’s HR presence outside of the UK. Experience gained within the private equity or boutique investment management space Proven experience performing a broad HR role Experience working across multiple jurisdictions is advantageous Proven experience in writing contracts, policies, and mobility processes Although not a prerequisite, an interest in moving to Dubai in the future would be advantageous
