Job Description Responsibilities for the HR Manager: Lead the HR team in daily operations Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts Conduct performance and talent management Oversee training and development programs The Successful Applicant A successful HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as a HR Manager Recruitment experience Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Strong leadership and people management skills Good understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Proficiency in HR software What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum Generous pension contribution of up to 9% Group income protection 25 days of holiday leave Access to on-site gym and swimming pool Free parking and amazing lunch meals A quiet work environment during holidays
