Applicants should be local to Chichester, CIPD qualified with suitable HR management experience. A background in production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
The Role
20 hours over at least 3 days per week on-site (or can be over 4-5 days).
Key Responsibilities:
Overall people and culture lead Implement business plans and vision Talent Management, L&D Managing a HR team of 3 Recruitment Employment law expert Provide a strong supportive and consistent presence at all levels throughout the business
Requirements:
Previous HR manager level experience CIPD level 5 qualified Expert on UK employment law Forward looking mentality i.e. legislation, business growth/change, complexity
