As a multinational conglomerate, they are seeking a Group HR Manager who will drive the development, design, and implementation of HR policies. This role requires a strategic HR professional with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits, as well as a broad understanding of human capital practices. Job Summary:

The Group HR Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires a solid understanding of Compensation and Benefits practices, performance management, talent management, and other HR functions to ensure cohesive policy development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR systems such as SAP or other HRMS platforms and a proven track record in managing HR operations across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development:

Lead the design and improvement of HR policies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, defense sector regulations, and international labor laws. Compensation & Benefits:

Collaborate closely with the Rewards team to incorporate Compensation & Benefits best practices into policy frameworks, and ensure effective policy administration across multiple countries. Human Capital Practices:

Leverage knowledge of performance management, talent management, and grievance management to support policy drafting and ensure interdependencies between various HR functions. Digital HR Systems:

Work with IT teams to configure policies on SAP or other HRMS platforms. Experience with SAP is highly advantageous. Global Policy Implementation:

Administer policies across diverse regions, ensuring compliance with local laws and legislative requirements while maintaining consistency in global operations. Change Management:

Drive the review, implementation, and communication of HR policies, incorporating best practices in change management. Stakeholder Partnership:

Act as a business partner to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, capturing policy requirements and ensuring compliance with global and local regulations. Cost Simulations & Decision Support:

Conduct cost simulations and analysis to guide decision-making during policy reviews and changes. Compliance Audits:

Regularly review policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including those specific to the defense sector. Excel Proficiency:

Utilize Excel to conduct data analysis and support informed decision-making on policy-related matters. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred. 8-10 years of experience in HR policy design, Compensation & Benefits, and multi-country HR operations, ideally in the defense or other highly regulated industries. Strong knowledge of HR systems, including SAP or other HRMS platforms. Experience in developing, reviewing, implementing, and communicating policies, with a focus on change management. Broader understanding of human capital practices such as performance management, talent management, and grievance management. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, to implement HR policies digitally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to conduct complex data analysis. Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, global environment.
