Our client is a growing group representing iconic brands is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, providing strategic HR leadership while delivering practical, hands-on support across our car/motorcycle dealerships in the South West. This is your chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, ensuring exceptional HR service delivery. Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Oversee recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent. Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, partnering with managers to ensure fair and effective resolutions. Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation. Build strong relationships across all levels, promoting a positive workplace culture. Develop and deliver HR strategies that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. Travel across dealership sites to provide tailored support (company vehicle and business mileage provided). What We're Looking For:
A thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style. Proactive and self-motivated, able to thrive in an autonomous role. Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a dynamic, fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable. What We Offer:
