As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Manage employee relations including disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy. Lead on recruitment and selection strategies. Line management of the HR Coordinator. Assist with the development of HR policy and procedures. Plan and carry out new staff induction days.
The successful HR Manager will have the following related skills / experience: Qualified to CIPD Level 5 - qualified by experience also to be considered. 5+ years HR generalist experience. Experience of managing one or two direct reports. Excellent ER knowledge and experience.
