What Does the Role Entail? As an HR Manager, you will take on both operational HR responsibilities, helping to drive success within the HR plan. Your role will provide expert HR guidance, including employee relations, coaching managers, managing caseloads, and supporting the organization through changes as the hotel updates and modernizes.
What Skills Will You Have? You will have a relevant HR qualification, an excellent understanding of HR disciplines, and be confident in guiding HR policies. You'll have strong experience in managing staff, supporting managers in formal processes, and leading HR projects.
