are partnering with our valued client that has sites all over Ireland and the UK in the search for a HR Officer to join their HR function. You will work closely with Senior Management across a large, multi-site workforce. This role encompasses the full HR remit, with particular emphasis on handling employee relations cases which is a key part of the role.
You will be responsible for: Advising and supporting Managers in dealing with employee relations issues (investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management, and health and well-being issues) Ensuring contracts and right to work checks are completed following Company policies and procedures Managing long term sickness cases across divisions Managing the full end to end recruitment process for various positions as required in order to attract the best talent Providing HR support to business unit management teams on HR policies and procedures
About you: CIPD Level 5 / HR Degree A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters. Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
