You'll play a key role in a forward-thinking organization that values its people. Working across diverse teams and locations in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland, this role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience in HR. What You'll Do: Be a Trusted Advisor:

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on all HR-related matters. Data Management:

Maintain and update HR records and produce insightful HR reports to guide decision-making. Deliver Results:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent. Engage Teams:

Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create a positive workplace culture. Handle Payroll:

Take responsibility for processing weekly payroll accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Lead HR Operations:

Manage and support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes with confidence and professionalism. Support Growth:

Facilitate induction programs, coordinate training and champion performance management initiatives. About You: Essential Skills: CIPD qualification (or working towards it). At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a generalist role. Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish. Familiarity with disciplinary and grievance meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. A full UK driving license. Desirable Skills: Experience using payroll systems like Sage. Knowledge of HR systems such as PAMS. Understanding of employment law across NI, Scotland, and ROI.
